My iPad and iPhone 5's "DO Not Disturb" feature still is not working properly. It does not matter whether it's scheduled or not; when the feature is ON, all calls and alerts still come through! This is also happening on my husband's iPhone 5.

Keep in mind that DND only works if the screen is locked. If the screen is unlocked, calls and alerts will still come through regardless of setting.
What is going on Apple ? ! ... this is 2016 and this feature is getting a LOT of complaints online and no solutions.
My husband's phone is set to only receive calls from one favorite me. And he is still heaing the phone ring at all hours of the night.
We have checked and re-checked settings. Looked at all sorts of complaints about this feature online and still no solution.
What is the fix for this ??? Thanks
