My iphone 4s wifi grayed out, I tried all of the software solution however didnt work. I think its a hardware problem. What should I do now?

This happened to me today too. Had my 4s since the day they came out and never had this issue until this morning. Have reset network settings twice and turned phone on & off numerous times with no luck. Don't have the time to go to the nearest Apple store!
Try reseting your network settings.
If that doesn't work, you'll need to restore your device.

We have same situation.I think we should go to the nearest apple store.
The following solution as u mentioned is just for software problem. However I think it should cause bc of hardware failure. But the main Q is , Does apple store replace the iphone with new device? or just change it with refurbished one or just repair my iphone?!!!
and is it possible to change it with iphone 5 by paying added fee?
