I'm sorry but Leopard is not available as a download. Apple doesn't sell it anymore, so you have to buy Leopard in Amazon. Make a backup before upgrading, and after, open Apple menu > Software Update to update to the most recent version

eBay is another source for Mac OS X Leopard 10.5; however be sure to ONLY purchase the retail disk shown below and not a grey computer specific disc:
