iPod stuck on lock/hold

iPod stuck on lock/hold

My iPod is stuck on hold. The little lock icon is on my screen, but the hold button is not selected. I can't do anything! How do I get this off of hold? It's not recognizing anything even if I switch the hold button off and on. Help!

i once had this problem i found that toggeling the hold switch for 10-20 seconds helped at least it did with me

I would try connecting it to your computer and restoring it and updating it with the newer ipod updater.

I did all that and it was solved for a few minutes but its back on hold! what else can I do?

i had the same problem but i just got so mad i threw it against the wall and it finaly came unlocked and it wasnt broke either.

ya thats a goog idea hey no when i get mad that something is wrong with my ipod im going to decide to throw it against the wall de de de i would not advise trying what people did your story sounds just a little to fake
