my problem is easy , I have no Itunes app on my iphone 4s ,

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.0.1

if this iphone is not jailbroken then the app must be there somewhere, it's not a deletable app. look in folders and so on, it's there.

setting>general>restriction> make sure itunes is on
