After HDD failure of drive with iTunes folder, can I restore to a new drive from my iPod? Or must I re-rip my CD collection?

Moving my library to a NAS box RAID6 array and using Firefly media server for DLNA devices in my home. Any help is appreciated; takes a while to re-rip 60+ Gb of CD's! Thank you!
