how do I view ical in spanish?

Since I updated to Mountain Lion OSX I view iCal one part in Spanish (Upper bar) and the other part in English (the name of the months, weekdays, date formats). Same thing happens with Contactos (AddressBook). How can I unify everything in only one language (Spanish)?
