ML removes all my account settings (desktop, itunes music, etc..) after installation.

So after installing Mountain Lion. I come onto the login screen and there are two identical profiles with my name. When I log in to one of them I expect them to have all my stuff like my desktop background all aplications in my dock and icons on my screen. But they are blank. My profile is completely reseted. I have a blank desktop with a default dock and an empty itunes. But the most peculier part is that all my files are there in the computer but they are not where they are supposed to be. There is no music in my itunes but there is all the music on the HD. Can someone please help with my issue?
