Is it possible to put my photostream on my icloud?

It's very difficult to know what it is that you are asking. If you are wanting to see your photo stream photos at iCloud.com, then unfortunately you cannot do this.

Photo stream is just a syncing service. It does not provide long term storage for photos on icloud and, as Winston says, you can't view the photos on icloud.
