i can not find the roaming setting for iphone 5 at&t .

Please assist me. I am in colorado & can't get signal

time capsule-OTHER, iOS 6.0.2

I am not aware of a "roaming setting".

Have you tried restarting your iphone?

Resetting?

Removing the SIm and inserting it again?
