I've been in the tech industry for over 25 years and every now and then something comes along that just defies all logic.  Though I've tried every trick I can find, there is still a bad email address showing up (along with the correct addresses) for one person in Apple Mail.

If I open a new message window, then start typing her name, it automatically shows me the options for three email addresses.  Two are valid but one she got rid of over a year ago.  I've long-since removed the bad address from my address book, but it's still showing up when I compose a new email.  Any suggestions appreciated.  Thanks!
