Remote App connection problem with Apple Tv

Remote App connection problem with Apple Tv. I have Ipad and iphone side by side. the router is also just on top of the Apple Tv. sometime the Remote App working in both Ipad and Iphone 4s, but isometimest don't. What is the problem?

This annoying issues is happen to iphone 4, Iphone 4S, ipad 2, Ipad 3rd gen and ipot touch 4th gen that we have. All ios is 6.01

Apple TV (3rd generation), iOS 6.0.1
