I turned on VoiceOver and locked my phone now when I try to enter the passcode it won't let me

I turned on VoiceOver jsut to see what it was and then I locked my phone and went to go enter my passcode but now everytime I try to ebter the passcode it won't let me it just keeps on saying the letters and not entering my passcode I need help ASAP.
