I tried to remove my user caches on my iMac but lost all email. I copied the files back from the TRASH but now I just get the initial Mail setup. Can I just reset it or re load it from my Time Machine?
How can I restore my apple Mail from my Time Machine backup?
I inadvertintly deleted a file to do with mail in my Caches via "~/library/caches/
I copied the files back, I think from the TRASH but is just asks me to start with setting up mail.
I want to just restore all my inbox's and accounts from my Time Machine.
How may I do this?
