iOS Updates when abroad???
Hi,
If a person is on holidays or working abroad when an iOS update becomes available, does the iPhone install the update for their home country or the country they are in at that moment?

It will instal whatever version/language that your iPhone needs and based on what you have been running in the past. Being in some other country has nothing to do what gets installed on your iPhone.
