Error during purchase

I made a purchase during one of my games, when I clicked confirm an error code came up and said it could not be process and had to at another time but as soon as I did it I got a message that my purchase had went through and my card has been charged. I went back into my game but my purchase does not show and my bank account shows card was charged. Who do I contact to get this fixed?
