Ridiculous is the only way to describe Apple TV - I have a 50mbps internet speed from TWC and I did a speed test right next to the apple tv on my lap top and I am getting that speed, yet a 43 minute tv show takes over an hour to download. F'n piece of crap.

Have you verified if there's any interference on the network using istumbler?
Are you using your ISPs DNS?
Some ISPs have also been known to throttle.
I downloaded istumbler and ran it and it says level 48% and noise at 13% - not sure what that means. I have no idea what you mean by using my ISP's DNS. I have never had this problem before.
Your signal isn't strong and there looks to be some interference, could be from other networks or other devices/appliances. Refer to your router manual on how to change settings. Distance between device and router can also increase interference.
At the bottom of this page it discusses DNS. I doubt this is the issue but best to ensure its set to default
