AN HDTV download (house of cards) has been downloading since Jan 5.13 (Jan 13 today)! This has completely messed up my laptop (Windows 7), slowed down, shut down, frozen, etc. I have now stopped download but have already been billed. Help!
This has completely messed up my laptop. It is now Jan 13! I have stopped the downloads (4 episodes of House of cards), but I have already been billed for this - I have failed to contact Apple ornes directly for a refund. Help! Thnx Welshgal
