My iPhone got salt water

A killer whale splash salt water on my iPhone 4S now the video sounds is all screwed up . How I can make it work without replace the phone

Salt water will eventually damage the device completely. Have it replaced. It will cost you around $199.00 in warranty or more out of warranty.

Of course you could try insisting the whale pay you.
