Hi,
Menu button stopped working on my Apple TV remote control. I tried holding menu and rewind button for 6 seconds but it still didn't help. All other functions work. Does somebody know how to fix this problem?

I'm having the exact same problem soraya1349. My menu button works in the main menus area to go back a screen, but not once I go into the Navi-X portal. In order to go back a screen there, I have to hit "home" and start again at the very beginning. Did you figure out a solution? You're the first person I've come across who has the same problem I'm having!
If the remote is broken then it needs to be replaced.
I'm having the exact same problem. All the other buttons work, just not the menu button. Does this mean I need a new remote? I just got it last month.
I updated from Navi-X 3.6 to 3.7.1 this morning and it solved the problem. Give that a whirl. :D
