How to install an app on the new iMac when you dont have a DVD drive?

I have just bought a new iMac. I've been able to get all my applications over except one (filmaker) as it's not compatible with the new system (too old). So I'm going to have to buy it. I can only see box sets not downloads.

So my question is how do I install it into my iMac when it has no disk drive?

iMac, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

You can purchase FileMaker as a download > https://store.filemaker.com/US/ENG/RTL

To install disc software on the Late 2012 iMac, you can:

1. Use Remote Disc if you have another Mac > http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5287

2. Buy an external optical drive and use it to install applications
