Problems photo gallery and other issues

Hi everybody (hi Dr. Nick)

I have the following problem with some of my sites: the photogallerys aren't showing any photo's any longer when I publish it to the website. Also publishing to a local map won't help. All worked fine but since a week or two several ofmy sites are having issues. Also some frames with a photo inside doesn't have a line anymore, while ik iWeb you can clearly see the line.

Also the google-map doens't show anymore.

I have iWeb 3.0.4 and Mac OS 10.7.4

You have a lot of files missing on the server...

The Google Maps hasn't worked since the closure of MobileMe. See this page for how to create them using the HTML Snippet...

Thanks Roddy,

it is strange that these files are gone. Even when I save the site on my HD, the missing files aren't included?

Concerning Google maps: it was a iFrame with HTML snippet that I used.

Still no solution for this problem.

Try the troubleshooting steps under "Fix iWeb" here...

Now publish to a local folder and launch the site in the browser to see if its fixed.

Perhaps the Google Map problem is related to the same issue.

I think the problem came that I emptied the server manuallly and probably iWeb thinks the files are still there. I there were many files on the site so I tried to clean install the website. To solve it I used Time machine to go back to 2 day's ago and get the domain file and then updated the site with iWeb. The original files were back. Still doesn't explain why also when saving the website on my HD, the files were also missing...

I hope to find a similar app like iWeb soon, too bad Apple gave up this wonderfull program...
