Subtitles are not showing up

Subtitles are not showing up

I have turned on closed captions and subtitles but still nothing shows up while I watch my show. Can anyone tell me of there is something else that needs to be done for this to work on Apple TV?

Does your content definately have closed captioning.

There seems to be a bug in iOS 6.0.1 on iPhone and iPod.

On those devices you can do the following but I don't think it works on an apple tv

With the control bar in view, rotate from vertical to horizontal view, FINALLY the (speech bubble) button appears.
