Just got the iphone 5, but was running 10.5.8 on a 5-year old MacBook Pro.  I have a Snow Leopard install disk that Apple sent me.  When I load the new system software, will all of my desktop folders and applications still be on the hard drive or do I have to re-install?  Sorry, but it's been a long time since I've done this and I don't have the original Adobe CS3 disks anymore and don't want to lose that software as it's expensive to replace, but need my phone to be able to sync with my computer and itunes.

Thanks!
