my Ipod nano 7th generation turned off and won't turn back on. what should I do?
iPod nano
Does it need to be charged?
No I plugged it in to see and nothing happened.
Hmm... Did you try holding down the button on the top right corner?
Yes nothing happened
Try charging it for 30 minutes and see if that does anything. If that doesn't work then maybe your battery needs to be changed? You could also go to the apple store and ask them.
How could the battery need changed I just got it for Christmas?
Oh ok well did you try charging it for 30 min?
Do the reset. Press and hold the on/off and home buttons until the apple logo appears. Cheers!
I've try that many times. And the logo has not appeared.
Yes I've try charging it for 30 min. I've also have try plugging it in to my computer.
If you have done the reset and nothing appears and you are sure it still has a charge and it doesn't turn on, you may request for a replacement if it still covered by the warranty. Cheers!
Yes it still has charge.
I'm having the same problem...and it's not recognized by my computer...so it's charging. Hmmm. I just bought this tonight.
Request for replacement. Cheers!
I got my Ipod replaced on tuseday. And to do the headphones stoped working and no other headphones work.
