Hello, yesterday I became the sign to install a update for my HP 6500 E710n-z printer. From then of didn't he work anymore! What could I have done wrong?

    Run Software Update to see if there are any updates for your system. Follow the on-screen instrutions for installing.


    If you still don't have luck, open System Preferences - Printers & Scanners - right click the printer in the left pane and select Reset Printing System....
