Face time issue

I have a question about a problem with the FaceTime issue been came up and every time I chat with a friend and it kept freeze up to reconnection all the time even though I have a strong connection of wifi on my ipad so any tips? Let me know the solution if u guys can be helpful and i will be appreciate it thanks!
