Q: I just downloaded this app to iTunes on my PC.  it synced with my iPad immediately, but the only device I can see is my iPhone.  Why can't i see my iPad, or 2 iTouches?

    Welcome to the Apple Community.

Are the other devices logged into iCloud (same account), have find my phone enabled and are connected to a network.

    Largely, no. . . . I have 4 devices: iPhone, iPad, iTouch (2)

The iPad and iTouch sync'd wirelessly and now have the app.

The iPhone is NOT set to sync wirelessly, so it does not have the app installed yet.

Even with these conditions, the iPad and iTouch can locate the iPhone.

The iPhone is the only device that appears on the list of devices.

Why don't the two deviced with the app installed appear on the list, when the one device that does NOT have the app installed does appear?

(What I am actually trying to do is find the other iTouch.)

And that you for your response.  I appreciate your assistance.

Also, I think they all need to be on the same apple Id.  How are they registered with Apple?  Might you have 2 Apple iD's?

Yes, they are all undery my ID.

I think I may have the answer???  I bet the location services must be turned on for Find to work, right?  Otherwise the device doesn't know where it is.  Is that the answer to my original question?
