where is the store icon to authorize my computer

it is telling me i have to authorize my computer to download songs. in the help section it says to go to the store menu and choose authorize this computer. i do not see this option anywhere! PLEASE HELP. THIS IS MAKING ME CRAZY AND ALL I WANT TO DO IS DOWNLOAD SONGS FOR MY DAUGHTER!
