How can I transfer in-app purchases

I own an iPad 2 and my sister just got an iPad 3 for christmas and I have in-app purchases on my iPad 2 for some of the games like I have in wheres my water I have purchased cranky and mystery duck (these are more levels by the way) and subway surfers I have double coins is there any way to transfer it to my sister's iPad?
