...however, I do not remember these answers, and the recovery email is unknown. How do I change this email, or reset my security questions? HELP!

I've already done this twice--once over a week ago, and another time this morning. I haven't gotten a response. I've seen other people with similar posts; however, no seems to really know how to fix it!
How did you get the option to send the security info reset email? I don't have that option anywhere!

You need to contact Apple by:
1 - Use the Express lane and start here:

This does not help, I don't think. The issue is that the email address associated with resetting security questions is not the email associated with the account. For example, the apple ID account email is ABC@123.com. When you ask to reset the security questions, it says it is sending instructions to "Z***@somethingelse.com".
I have the exact same issue. The problem is, the account it sends it to is an old work account I do not have access to again.
