Connect them both to the same router.

The issue is more of what is the best server. I have 2 imac systems, (one year old) and 4 pc systems ranging from Vista to windows 7. We have an outdated server runing SBS 2003 and Exchange. We need to upgrade and I am trying to figure out if I should stay with a PC server or go Mac. Thanks for any help.

I would stick with the PC server as you require Exchange.

If this were for home use or simple office LAN resources sharing I would go with Mac and use SMB for the Windows PCs to share files/resources off the Mac
