I hope I've understood your question correctly, as I suspect English is not your first language.
You are asking why the "battery icon" in the top right says it is full, but the "battery picture" in the middle of the screen shows not full. like this:
If so, I think the iPod is simply confused. If you leave the battery on charge, usually the icon in the top right will change to show the charging symbol.
If this is not your problem and I've misunderstood your question, try posting your question in you native language as well as English.

I am not sure why, but when it happens to me, I unplug the iPod and then try connecting it again. This has always solved the problem for me.
