My iphone 4S is disabled and displays a "connect to itunes" screen.
I know that I will have to wipe/restore my phone, but is there any way I can sync or just even copy over photos before I wipe?
I currently do not have access to the original computer that I synced my phone with.
FWIW I know the passcode, and use windows7

Once it displays the connect to itunes screen it is in recovery mode .. it is already wiped so no you can't do anything with your pictures beyond restore. It needs to be done this way http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1808
Make special sure to hold the home button and connect the cord to the dock connector at the same time.
iPhone is disabled, connect to iTunes
