Is your printer listed here - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3669#samsung?
If so, just download the Samsung printer drivers - http://support.apple.com/kb/DL905.
If not, contact Samsung.

no i can't find my printer in this list
Not compatible with OS X, then. You may want to go shopping for a new printer.
Sorry,

I almost passed this question by, as I don't have a Samsung printer. But, I couldn't help but notice the same question being asked earlier when I looked at the "More Like This" group at the right of this page. Checking out some of those posts revealed that you should be able to get the printer working with ML by going to this page:
Let us know if it works.
Thanks Mike!
The Splix CUPS drivers worked like a charm for my old Samsung ML-1610 under Mountain Lion 10.8.3
Thank you Mike!
The Splinx CUPS drivers works great for my Samsung ML-1615 under Mavericks 10.9.3
If you are upgrading your current version, you MUST delete your printer in the System Preferences and install it again.
This operation MUST be done since CUPS make a copy of the PPD file and this file is modified between versions.
Yosemite in 2015 and still this is working great 😉
Thanks a bunch!
Thanks Mike. It worked for me, too. 10.7.5 Lion
