How to back up & restore iPod touch 4th gen, passcode forgotten?
When I do connect to iTunes & try to back up, it asks for passcode (lst backup over a year ago)
iPod touch, iOS 5.1.1, Latest iTunes version

You may need to try this More than Once...
Be sure to Follow ALL the Steps...
You will not be able to Backup and all data will be lost.
