i just got my iphone 4 and synced it to my laptop with itunes and it put some pictures that i dont want on it. I know that it is prolly really easy i just cant figure it out. how do i delete them off my phone?

The same way they got there, through the iTunes sync process. Under the Photos Tab, with your phone connected, iTunes running, remove the checks next to the albums/folders you do not want on your phone, hit the Apply/Sync button.
