I assume you are referring to OS X (10.6). Yes? If so, what happens when you attempt the upgrade? Do you have a retail copy of the DVD?

When I try to upgrade it says i have to install new Itunes which I already have I tunes
What are you trying to update?
What versions are you using now?
Im using 10.5.8 right now
Im tring to update to leapard or to Lion
Have you purchased the Snow Leopard (10.6) DVD?
