Disable teen's phone during homework

I have an iPhone 4S and I have one for my daughter's use. Both run 6.0.1. AT&T. She texts while doing homework and misjudged how much of her study time is actually texting time. She thinks she did homework for two hours when it was actually 20 minutes and nothing is accomplished. I do not want stealth spyware. I want a way to disable her phone when she starts her homework and turn it back on when the work is done. But I want to do it from my iPhone or my MacBook. I just want to be able to say, "You are doing homework now. I'm shutting off your phone. I'll turn it back on as soon as the homework is complete." After a couple of months I hope she'll be in the habit of doing homework without texting. Hopefully she will see how much easier and faster it is when she is giving it some dedicated time. I don't want it to start and stop at certain preset times. I want to be able to just turn it on and off on demand so she can have it back when the work is done rather than at a certain time.

Not really, if the parents are already enforcing this kind of using issue, i think it is OK to let the device to be registered under the parents' Apple ID without letting them know the password.

Apple IDs are not Facebook accounts which has personal information and has problems on the basis of privacy, so asking the teen for their Apple ID is reasonable.
