I am having trouble getting signed in to Netflix. I am being charged for having flix, but cannot use it. Have talked to apple support and Netflix support and have not made progress. help

I am having trouble signing in Netflix to use flix. Neither one will open although I am being charged for flix. I have talked directly to Netflix who has no record of my email and apple who referred me to Netflix. I would like to get this resolved. Also received an email from Stainlass from store and that was no help. New at this and really need help.

  1. Can you access Netflix through other means to confirm your account is valid? If not, you will need to go back to Netflix to get the account taken care of. There's nothing to troubleshoot on the iPad.
  2. Try a reset: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the iPad shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the iPad back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps from the tray before doing the reset.
  3. Try deleting and reinstalling the app. (You are using the app and not trying to use Safari, right?)
