Every time I go to the App store and have to put in my password it says" incorrect password". So then I change it ( password). It still doesn't work! Any suggestions??

Every time I go to the app store ( on my iPad) and have to put in my password, it says " incorrect password". So, I changed password.... And it still says " incorrect password". Any suggestions?
