iTunesU - When I add multiple (too many?) tabs the tabs shrink.

When I add multiple tabs (more than can be viewed without a scrollbar), the tabs suddenly collapse and cannot be easily accessed. I notice that when I expand the iTunes app (by dragging the right side as far as possible) the tabs reapear, so it seems to indicate a scrollbar issue.

I have to add many tabs for each album, and using tabs makes the most sense, but if the tabs collapse the students can't access the files.

Any help is much appreciated.
