do i need to disable java

In light of all the news about problems w/ Java, should we be disabling or turning Java Script off on our I-pads (4) ?

Java and javascript are two entirely different things. The current issue with the java exploit doesn't effect javascript. And your iPad doesn't run Java at all, so no action needed on your part.

If it makes you feel better, I second James' reponse. Java cannot be run on an iPad, and its completely unrelated to Javascript.

Credentials: 12 Years in Web Developmment and IT Support and Management.
