What to do if the redemption code on a blu-ray disc I bought does not work. I tried the code three times but it still won't allow me to download Prometheus.

    Apparently, according to another thread here on the same problem, you have to launch the "Fox Digital Copy" application that is on the digital copy disc, type the code into that, and then you will get a second code that is usable for iTunes.

     

    If that doesn't help, you'll probably need to contact customer support for 20th Century Fox:
