MBPr using minidisplayport to dvi/displayport on bootcamp W7

Hi,

I am going to buy my first mac and i found on ebay a triple adapter from miniDP to DP/HDMI/DVI and it said it works only on MAC OS. So can i use an external display when booting in Windows 7? Please help.

Thanks,

Alex

If it were Apple-branded, you'd be assured that adequate drivers were included when you download the driver disk for Windows as the first step in setting BootCamp up. But since it is not, you'd have to risk buying it and see if it works. In other words, if Win7 recognizes what it is and is able to use it. But given that you state " it said it works only on MAC OS", i doubt it.
