I am trying to sync all my apps from Ipod touch but they not show..I just got a new hard drive and having isses WHAT DO I DO??

Did you fail to maintain a backup copy of your computer?
If so, then connect ipod, click File>devices>Transfer Purchases
Otherwise you have to redownload:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
I have done that but it doesnt show past purchases except for Dec or Jan and there were 3 But I have over 130 I think
Were the other purchases under a different account?
No i just updated my password again because it continues to ask me for it but then nothing..all i did was send in laptop for a new hard drive i installed itunes and hoping music and apps would appear but do not....I click on my ipod and u can see the apps and music but I can not reinstall..asks me to authorize which I did and says if I do not it will erase/delete apps/music I do have
