Title says it all. My MacBook Pro's hinges or clutch have become so unbearable to cope with. I would like to get this fixed, but I am worried Apple will not cover it, but rather dismiss it as damage caused by the user, which is not true, as I recall this happening the year I got the computer.

Our opinions do not count, and the worst they can do is hand you a repair estimate you can ignore and live with it.
you need to bring it in for evaluation. we have no way of predicting what apple will cover/not cover under warranty.
Was this MBP ever brought in for evaluation. Mine is a 2011 MBP under AppleCare which ends in March 2014. I have an appt tomorrow. Just wondering what I should expect?
