Q: What to do if inserting any Disc in DVD ROM the result is (you have inserted a blank disc)? pleas anyone kindly advice.

I have tried to check it in the hardware test and it seems nothing's wrong with the hardware's, but my DVD ROM cannot read any disc and I never used the DVD ROM for a long period of time. I will appreciate if anyone can help me thanks!
