You can't. Only thing that can be streamed from a computer is music if one has iTunes Match.

yes, i assume the OP meant, "i want to airplay stream from my ios device to my mac, like i stream to my apple tv". and to do that, you would need an airplay server.

maybe i misinterpreted the OP. not really sure what else people stream on their apple tv.

Possibly, but most requests for streaming come for iTunes content (as one can do this on ATV)which isn't possible except for music via iTunes Match
