Hooking up iPod touch 5g to TV

Is there any way that I can hook up my iPod touch 5g to my TV? I don't have HDMI input on my tv, just the old Composite AV (Red, Yellow, White). I got the lightening to 30-pin adapter because I was told it would work with all old equiptment. The print on the side is so fine that I did not notice it doesn't do video until I got it home. As much as I wanted the 5g for the camera, etc... I wish I would have got a 4g so I could watch Netflix and Hulu on my tv. If anyone can help I'd be greatful.

Thank you for your suggestions. Here's more information:

- I don't have Apple TV nor do I want to have it.

- Neither of these cables will work for me as I do not have a high definition tv and cannot afford one anytime soon. The only input my tv has is rca connectors and s-video.

Is there anyway to use the lightening to av adapter with an hdmi to rca adapter (do those even exist?)?
